Peru, knows as the land of the Incas, localized on the central-western
coast of South America. You can travel to Peru by Air international

are open from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm; however some companies now stay
open 24 hours a day. Instead banks are open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm,
from Monday to Friday. Speaking of banks, you can use your credit cards
there, it they are Visa, Master Card or Diners Club. If you want cash
there are various ATM all over the country. Peru's currency is the Nuevo
Sol (S/.).(one Nuevo Sol is broken down into 100 céntimos ). US dollars
can be used in the hotels and stores payments, but remember that it is
very difficult to change currencies other than the US dollar. And if you
want Nuevo sol, you should exchange money in banks and avoid street
moneychangers. In Peru, all goods and services are taxed an 19% and
product cost is shown at the final price, including taxes.

For your health, it is advised to drink only bottled or boiled water and
be cautious of where you eat (it is recommended to eat at the hotel). If
something bad happens and you need emergency attention, use your health
insurance. If you don't have one, speak to on of the insurance companies
that you can find in the city.
